When you choose us to maintain or repair your aircraft, we will provide a thorough review of the work to be performed followed by a discussion of the costs and options for the intended service, BEFORE WE START THE WORK. We provide continuous communication with you as your service is being performed.
 
We only accept appointments that we can keep and make every effort to have your plane completed as promised. We enjoy reviewing the aircraft with you, discussing its systems, and the special requirements you may have.
